Mach 7 Motor Sports, a division of A.P. Engineering (A.K.A. Advanced Propeller Engineering, Inc), has been serving customers in the marine industry for almost 20 years. The Viper Products that are designed and built here were inspired out of pure passion for the car itself. Our team of people that work on these products want nothing more than to take one of the most emotional cars ever made and bring it to the next level of excitement (quite a challenge). You can see that passion from the low sleek lines of the RT/10 tops to the breathtaking form of the Street Serpent Aero Body.
The Resin Infusion Process

Starting in 2007, all of the fiberglass panels made by our company are made via vacuum resin infusion. Unlike the fast inexpensive method of chopper gun or hand laid fiberglass, the resin infusion process allows us to make a strong, lightweight panel that is very uniform in thickness and very lean in the resin content.

Panels with excess resin and inconsistant thickness will tend to get heavy, wavy, warp, or crack, a common fear of cheap aftermarket fiberglass panels. By investing extra money in our tooling, high quality materials, and extra time to construct each part, we have made it a priority to be certain the parts you put on your Viper will maintain the quality standards you expect.

Because the nature of Viper products are very low production, it all happens under one roof. Everything from designing, to engineering, clay and foam sculpting, mold making, prototyping and manufacturing is done in house. Although precision CNC equipment is used to make most of our special latches and mounting hardware, most of the product line is slowly hand built like the original Viper.

The people at Mach 7 will continue to strive to make the best, most exciting products possible. Feel free to contact us with any questions you might have.
